Method 1: Run the CMD command (recommended)

Method 2: using batch file
Note: this method has been fixed by microsoft, so the code to activate has been listed as blocked, so you must turn off your anti-virus software before running.
Open notepad, copy the content below and save the file with .cmd file format (eg ActVisio2019.cmd)
Done, run the file ActVisio2019.cmd with admin rights (right click and select run as administrator)
Wait for the successful activation message to finish.
