How to Run Command Prompt (CMD) with admin rights

Click Start menu. You can do this by clicking the Windows icon in the lower right corner of the screen, or pressing the Windows key on your keyboard. The Start menu will open with the mouse pointer in the “Search” box.
Type command prompt into the “Search” box. This step will search for the Command Prompt program in the computer. You will see a window appear above the search menu.
Right click on Command Prompt. The program has a black frame; right-clicking will open a drop-down menu. Click Run as administrator . This step will open Command Prompt with administrative rights.
You will need to confirm this choice by clicking Yes when prompted.
