1. Install FloEFD FEX2019.3 Win64. Do not install License Server!
At setup clear the field for License Server port and name.

2. Copy folder “ProgramData” to C: with overwrite

3. Copy file “MGLS64.DLL” to <FloEFD FEX2019.3 program directory>\bin\lib
(by default C:\Program Files\FloEFD\FloEFD FEX2019.3\bin\lib\ ) with overwrite

4. Run “mentor_local_licensing.reg” and confirm to add info into Windows Registry

5. REBOOT!
