0. Remove any previous Cr@ck, like vrayformayapatch.mll, zray.mll, vray_zzz.dll and etc.

1. Download and install Phoenix. No need to install the License Server.

2. Copy vray_phoenix_31200_maya_fix.dll to the V-Ray plugins dir ( C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2018\vray\vrayplugins )

3. Done
