What is new in AutoSPRINK 2026

AutoSPRINK 2026 focuses on hydraulic reporting, node management, and design-review productivity enhancements. The most significant change is a complete overhaul of the reporting engine.

1. New Report Generation System

• Replaced the legacy Crystal Reports engine with a new LaTeX-based reporting system.
• No separate Crystal Reports installation is required.
• Hydraulic reports now use the NFPA format exclusively.
• Added a Show Pipe Velocity option within NFPA Hydraulic Analysis reports.
• Simplified stock listing reports to better align with AutoSPRINK FAB workflows.

2. Node Tag Enhancements

• New Locate Node Tag function to quickly find a node in a drawing.
• Added warnings during node renumbering when additional flow is assigned to a selected remote area.
• Duplicate node numbers are automatically prevented through validation checks in the Node Tag Properties dialog.

3. Pipes with Fittings/Valves Review Tool

• New dialog lists every pipe that has manually added hydraulic losses from fittings or valves.
• Displays pipe Element ID, fitting/valve description, and associated pressure loss.
• Includes a Select function that highlights the pipe directly in the model for review.

4. Secondary Water Supply Curves

• Added support for a secondary water supply curve.
• Hydraulic Graph reports can display both primary and secondary supply curves for comparison and analysis.
• Requires configuration in Supply Properties and Hydraulic Report Options before appearing in reports.
