install Altium Designer 19

Install Altium Designer 19 software (don’t run it)
Copy the file shfolder.dll to the Altium Designer 19 installation directory, default C:\Program Files\Altium\AD19
Run the AD LicenseGen file in the Crack folder with admin rights
Select Load… and select any file in the Licenses folder, then select Export As… and save it to the Desktop or to any other location depending on your preference.
Open Altium Designer 19 software
Select Add standalone license file, then select the license file that you exported to the Desktop in the previous step
