Siemens Solid Edge 2019
Solid Edge is Siemens PLM’s primary design and engineering solution for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) – and it’s Siemens’s, not ours. In contrast, the company’s NX toolkit is firmly targeted at large-scale enterprises.
Solid Edge 2019 shows a more detailed and deeper product catalog. That said, the boundaries between SMBs and enterprise customers are often limited. In other words, the choice of toolkit is not always clear-cut and cannot be determined solely by company size.
In fact, Solid Edge covers a lot of the bases and continues to acquire a suite of extensions, often through acquisition, as we’ll explore shortly. These go beyond its traditional areas of focus: single product, assembly and drawing generation, with add-ons for simulation and manufacturing.
System Requirements Solid Edge 2019
Solid Edge 2019 has been certified to run on the following:
- Windows 10 Enterprise or Professional (64-bit only) version 1709 or later
- Internet Explorer 11
Internet Explorer is not required to be the default browser.
Solid Edge does not support the Windows 10 browser, Microsoft Edge. - Microsoft Office Professional 2013, Microsoft Office Professional 2016, or Microsoft Office 365.
Solid Edge ST9 was the last release to support Office 2010.

This release of Solid Edge has been certified to run on the following:

- Windows 10 Enterprise or Professional

- True Color (32-bit) or 16 million colors (24-bit)
- Screen Resolution: 1280 x 1024 or higher
Minimum system configuration
- Any one of the following operating systems:Windows 10 Enterprise or Professional (64-bit only) version 1709 or later OR
Windows 8.1 Pro or Enterprise (64-bit only) OR
Windows 7 Enterprise, Ultimate, or Professional (64-bit only) with Service Pack 1 - 4 GB RAM or more
- 65K Colors
- Screen Resolution: 1280 x 1024 or higher
- 6.5 GB of disk space required for installation

0. Copy folder “Solid_Edge_DVD_SETUP_2019” to computer
1. Run “Install.hta” from “Solid_Edge_DVD_SETUP_2019” folder. Select language to install and temporary writable folder for setup files. Confirm to overwrite existing files and folder. The setup folder will be opened in Windows Explorer
3. Go to setup folder and run as Administrator “autostart.exe”
4. Install Solid Edge 2019. Do not configure Licensing!
5. Replace original <Solid Edge 2019 program directory> (by default: C:\Program Files\Siemense\Solid Edge 2019) with cr@cked one
6. Replace original <Keyshot7 program directory> (by default: C:\Program Files\Keyshot7) with cr@cked one
7. If you have installed “Solid Edge 2019 Data Migration Component”, replace original <Solid Edge Data Migration Component program directory> (by default: C:\Program Files\Siemense\Solid Edge Data Migration Component)
with cr@cked one
8. Run “SolidSQUADLoaderEnabler.reg” and confirm to add info into Windows Registry!
9. REBOOT COMPUTER!
10. Run “All Programs > Siemens Solid Edge 2019 > Choose PDM Integration” Select “Solid Edge with File Mnagement” and close Solid Edge PDM Client
