New “Threshold” parameter for certain distributions:

• Current behavior: Exponential, Lognormal, and Weibull distributions always generate samples greater than 0
• A new parameter called “Threshold” has been made available for configuration of these 3 techniques
• New behavior: All the samples generated by the distributions will be greater than or equal to the threshold value
  • The value of threshold must be non-negative
• The default threshold value is 0, thus making the default behavior identical to prior releases

How to install SIMULIA Suite

Installation instructions: see file readme.txt

Install jdk-17.0.2_windows-x64_bin.exe
Create environment variabe:
SMA_TFO_JAVA_PATH = C:/Program Files/Java/jdk-17.0.2/bin/java.exe
Reboot PC.
Copy folder \patch\Simula_License_Server\ to C:\
Run as admin server_install.bat
Install SIMULIA products.
During installation use option:
License Server configuration -> SIMULIA FlexNet
Input 27800@localhost as the License server.
