Method 1: Run the CMD command (recommended to use this way)
Open CMD with administrator rights see instructions here
Run the command below, just copy paste and enter

Note: currently due to microsoft FIX, the antivirus software lists the file content as a virus and deletes the file, so you must turn off the virus software before running the file.
