NestingWorks is an automatic nesting module designed to nest the layouts of SOLIDWORKS parts or assemblies. It is seamlessly integrated within SOLIDWORKS and allows nesting of flat or 3D sheet metal parts or assembly models.

TRUE SHAPE NESTING
To orient parts true to shape, to optimize how parts can fit on a shape. Many simple nesting tools just draw a box around a part and nest the box, wasting valuable material

Sheet stock has directional material properties that are important in many designs
PART-IN-PART NESTING
Enable the ability to maximize material usage by fitting smaller parts in open areas and cutouts on larger parts of the same thickness

As your design changes, any NESTINGWorks layouts will update
AUTOMATIC LAYOUT OF PARTS WITH VARIED THICKNESSES
Many assemblies have parts of various thicknesses that need to be nested. NESTINGWorks can sort the parts in an assembly and automatically group and nest parts of the same thickness

NESTINGWorks creates 3D SOLIDWORKS assemblies that can be used to communicate with any manufacturing application

install NestingWorks

1. Install NestingWorks 2020 SP0 64bit and NestingWorks License Manager
(run “NESTINGWorks2020x64-SP0.exe” and “LicenseManager\NWLicenseManagerSetup_20190611.exe”)
Do not start License Manager at end of setup!
2. Replace original <NWLicenseManager program folder> (by default C:\NWLicenseManager)
with Cr@cked one
3. Run NWLicenseManager
On tab License Setup
select License Method > FlexLM Software
select node locked (Standalone) license file > Browse..
(browse to “teksoft_SSQ.lic” by default C:\NWLicenseManager\teksoft_SSQ.lic )
Click OK
Do not configure and start NW License Server!!!
4. Overwrite original <NESTINGWorks 2020×64 program folder>
(by default C:\Program Files\NESTINGWorks 2020×64\ ) with Cr@cked one
