ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio 22.1 delivers the following:

CP Optimizer uses constraint satisfiability algorithms (SAT) techniques to improve performance in combinatorial problems.
A migration tool is provided to import standalone OPL models to IBM Watson® Studio.
Support for Python is added to the black-box feature.
New call back is included that estimates shadow prices in node selection.
Included is a new stop criteria in search that causes the solver to abort the optimization process as soon it finds a solution with a value greater or smaller than the parameter.
Key management of the CPLEX Optimization Studio subscription offering (5900-A1X ) is improved for a better user experience.
