1. Install TopSolid, choose whatever modules you need, yet be sure to include  “Sentinel RMS License manager 9.4.0” in installation list.

2. Run ‘WlmAdmin.exe’ from ” Setup\Redist\Sentinel RMS License Manager\Tools” expand node of Subnet Servers, right click the server name and select:  Add Feature > From a File > To Server and its File, browse to file ‘lservrc.lic’ and open it.

3. Run TopSolid and select “Floating Licenses” tab, enter license server PC name, click “Apply”, select TopSolid’All license, click “Add License”.
